Abstract

In the study the most typical Pleistocene periglacial processes, forms and deposits are presented. The final conclusion is that the relief of Hungary was heavily reshaped under periglacial climate and the landforms still preserve much of their periglacial character. The trend of relief evolution was towards planation in the Pleistocene. (DLO).
