Abstract

The main characteristic of the northern foreground of the Bakony Mountains is that it comprises the mosaic of various geomorphological regions (plain, hilly and mountainous relief types). Alluvial fans of high (250-270 m a.s.l.), medium (150-250 m a.s.l.) and low position (130-150 m a.s.l.) are differentiated as well as the young alluvia (120-130 m a.s.l.). (DLO).
