Abstract

General information about the Šumava Mountain lakes, about the smallest one - the Laka Lake. The main aim was establish the previse altitude of the lake Laka and to draw its ground plan and bathymetric map. Geographic position and morphometric characteristics of catchment area are described as well. Differently from the other Šumava lakes, the Laka Lake is interesting by its relatively intensive silting processes. - (MS)
