Abstract

This paper is the fourth in a series and will deal with the geochemical and palynological record of Two Mile Lake. The A. specifically focuses on the representation of Proteaceae species/genera as a contribution to an understanding of the development of a Proteaceous rich flora in south-western Australia. The results add to the idea that these vegetation taxa were unresponsive to and/or unaffected by climatic changes of the early Holocene
