Abstract

Continuity and progression are investigated in the design features of national post-apartheid Geography school curriculum frameworks, and their various revisions. Although both are in evidence, several shortcomings are identified, notably with regard to teacher competencies in both geographical and pedagogical knowledge. - (AJC)
