Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to quantify changes in the amount and timing of soil moisture and moisture available to become runoff for the Upper Crooked River watershed assuming a warmer climate. Assessing the significance of these changes is achieved by comparing 9 years of modeled present-day hydroclimate conditions with modeled watershed processes using temperature and precipitation estimated by a limited area model nested in a global circulation model (GCM) run to simulate a doubled carbon dioxide climate
