Abstract

The AA. will first present the annual rainfall cycle in Kenya and the diurnal regimes along the coast. The seasonal and diurnal wind circulation patterns will be next examined. The study of individual rainy events and their relationship with the wind anomalies will enable to determine the relative importance of atmospheric circulation patterns of different scales (breezes, monsoons and their interactions)
