Abstract

The notion of labour market is discussed within the context of international migration of skilled labour in the accountancy industry. The practices of large accountancy firms have restructured the demand for professional labour on a global scale. Accounting staff are subcontracted to their firm's international office networks or multinational clients through secondment, transfer, or exchange procedures
