Abstract

This research shows how aggregate stability is controlled by temperature along a climatological transect. The transect chosen is located in Israel, extending from the Judean Mountains, constituting a Mediterranean climate in the west, through the Judean Desert to the arid area near the Dead Sea in the East. In addition, the AA. will show that general relationships established under Mediterranean and arid climatic zones can also be applied in contrasted environments
