Abstract

This paper describes an intertidal boulder pavement and associated facies exposed by marine erosion at Cooley Point on the north shore of Dundalk Bay. The boulder pavement is part of a largely submergent facies sequence which is overlain by a late glacial raised beach and provides an improved record of sea level changes during part of the last deglacial event
