Abstract

A series of 26 Quaternary shorelines, stepped between present sea level and 556 m , are studied. They are part of the flight of marine terraces of the Aspromonte region. In a region where tectonics is particularly active (earthquakes occur frequently), it is important to determine the relationships between this flight of shorelines, the glacio-eustatic oscillations and tectonics
