Abstract

This study investigates the influence of ponding depth on infiltration rate in a depression caped with a seal of varying thickness and porosity. Two ponding depths were selected : 0.5 cm (shallow) and 4.0 cm (deep), and two soils of distinctly different aggregate stability were tested in Blosseville (Pays de Caux) and Villamblain (Petite Beauce), France
