Abstract

This racism refers to the idea that people of colour and low-income groups are disproportionalely exposed to pollution, but also includes biases in natural resource policy. Geographic research on this theme is built upon spatial analysis, as well as nature-society relations, social theory, cultural studies. The focus is on the range of structural, institutional and social forces that have contributed to such landscapes of inequality
