Abstract

The central aim of this study is to understand the long-term urban trajectories of the Brussels and Amsterdam urban regions in terms of different spatial organizations of property rights. After a consideration of international comparative urban research, the authors analyse the trajectories of the urban regions of Brussels and Amsterdam systematically during one and a half century. - (AGD)
