The AA. want to point to some of the ways in which the practices of the economy have been changing. They also want to suggest that these problematizations have produced changing perspectives on how to approach modern space economies which can be encapsulated in four topological presuppositions. They take one of these presuppositions (the network) and look at some of its ramifications by considering the world of large overseas Chinese firms.
