Abstract

As defined by the A., the foundation of the ethnic homelands concept involves indigenity, exclusivity, cultural vitality, resilience, and scale. These multiple conditions exclude cultural groups such as the English, Irish and Germans, but do cover American Indians groups, Hispanos, Acadians of Louisiana and the Mormons of Utah. - (DWG)
