Abstract

The primary aim of this study is to examine infiltration behaviour of various loess soils, and to validate the Holtan/Overton model of infiltration. In addition, the influence of crust formation on the infiltration rate was evaluated. This study is part of a research project on the evaluation, validation and modification of the « ANSWERS » soil erosion model (De Roo et al.)
